JAGUAR BLUETOOTH® CONNECTIVITY

Find out how to use Bluetooth® Connectivity with your mobile phone and explore the features that can keep you connected while you drive.

What is Bluetooth®?

Bluetooth® is a short-range radio frequency technology that is capable of transmitting voice and data wirelessly. The range for Bluetooth® devices is around 10 metres, and data can be transferred at a rate of 1 Mbps.

What can I use Jaguar Bluetooth® Connectivity for?

Bluetooth® technology allows you to remotely connect a compatible mobile phone to your Jaguar to make and receive calls and use other key mobile functions. Connecting via Bluetooth® gives you the freedom to leave your mobile phone handset in a briefcase or a pocket while driving or parked. For added convenience and increased safety, the Bluetooth®-enabled telephone system can be controlled via voice activation, and from the steering wheel or the Touch-screen of your Jaguar. Is my mobile phone handset compatible?

A wide range of smartphones – including handsets made by Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Sony and Blackberry – are compatible with the Jaguar Bluetooth® Connectivity. Our engineers have tested our handsets to meet our quality standards.

This list will be updated as more handsets are tested and new handsets are released. Please note that not all Bluetooth® enabled mobile phone handsets are compatible with the Jaguar Bluetooth® Connectivity.

As we roll out InControl, specific features described may be optional and market or powertrain dependent. Please consult your local Jaguar retailer for availability and full terms in your country. Certain features require an appropriate SIM with a suitable data contract, which will require a further subscription after the initial term advised by your retailer. Mobile connectivity cannot be guaranteed in all locations.
